In-Person Sessions in Pennsylvania
Virtual Sessions in PA, DE, NY, & NJ
We will explore your symptoms and nourish your body with flexible, sustainable habits instead of restrictive food rules.
We will work with your team of doctors, therapists, and practitioners to make sure you’re feeling supported.
Endometriosis is when tissue similar to the lining of your uterus goes rogue and sets up camp where it doesn’t belong. This chronic condition often brings pain, bloating, and unpredictability, making everyday life feel like a mystery of which symptom will pop up next. Nutrition counseling can help reduce inflammation, ease digestive symptoms, and create routines that support steadier energy.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal condition where your ovaries, insulin, and androgens like to play by their own rules, resulting in irregular cycles, stubborn symptoms, and a whole lot of “why is my body doing that?” moments. Nutrition counseling can improve insulin sensitivity, reduce inflammation, and help manage symptoms without a restrictive diet.
Perimenopause is the hormonal roller coaster leading up to menopause, where your estrogen rises & falls in random patterns. It can bring hot flashes, mood swings, and weird menstrual cycles. Nutrition counseling can help stabilize energy, support hormone shifts, and ease symptoms like bloating, cravings, and sleep disruptions.
Menopause is the grand finale of your reproductive years, where your period retires, and your hormones decide to rewrite the rules. This major life transition can affect sleep, metabolism, mood, and body changes. Nutrition counseling can support your long-term well-being through this next chapter.
My doctor tells me I need to lose weight. Can you help with that?
Absolutely — and I want you to know that support doesn’t have to revolve around the scale. Many doctors default to “weight loss,” but what actually improves health outcomes is far more nuanced.
Instead of focusing on weight alone, we can look at how your body is functioning, how you’re feeling day-to-day, and which habits genuinely support your energy, digestion, mood, hormones, and long-term wellbeing.
Return to Questions
Will I have to cut out a bunch of food?
Not at all. Our approach is not about cutting out a bunch of foods or following rigid rules. In fact, overly restrictive eating usually backfires — it increases cravings, lowers satisfaction, and makes it harder to nourish your body consistently. If there’s ever a need to adjust something (like adding fiber for digestion or reducing something that triggers symptoms), we do it in a gentle, collaborative way — not through restriction.

What happens during our first session?
During your first nutrition session, we take time to get to know you, your health history, daily routines, challenges, goals, and what feeling your best looks like. We’ll talk about your relationship with food, energy levels, digestion, stress, sleep, movement, and anything else that impacts your wellbeing.
From there, we create a simple, personalized plan focused on whole-food habits, realistic shifts, and sustainable routines. You’ll leave with clear next steps and support that meets you where you are.
Return to Questions
Do I need a diagnosis to get started?
No, you do not need a diagnosis to get started. Many clients come to us simply wanting more energy, better digestion, improved sports performance, balanced hormones, or a healthier relationship with food.
A diagnosis can be helpful if you already have one, but it’s never required. We focus on your symptoms, your goals, and your overall wellbeing. We tailor a whole-food, supportive plan based on you, not a label.
Return to Questions
Will I get a meal plan when working together?
Maybe — it depends on what works best for you. Instead of handing out a generic meal plan, we create something with you, not for you. Together, we explore your food preferences, time constraints, budget, cooking skills, and goals, then use our recipe database to find meals that actually fit your life.
If a structured plan feels supportive, we can build one. If you prefer flexible ideas, simple templates, or mix-and-match options, we can do that too. The goal is to give you tools that help you eat in a way that feels nourishing, realistic, and sustainable — not rigid or restrictive
