Megan MacMahon

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m a registered dietitian passionate about helping children and adults rebuild trust in their bodies and build a caring, healthy relationship with food. My mission is to help clients build confidence and momentum to create lasting change.

Women's Health, Disordered Eating, & Diabetes Dietitian in Pennsylvania

I believe in a balanced, judgment-free approach to eating that encourages people to enjoy food while nurturing their overall well-being.

This approach centers on an all-foods-fit, balanced nutrition philosophy that encourages nourishment without restriction or guilt. Sessions create space to rebuild trust with hunger cues and explore a more peaceful relationship with food, all while achieving your medical goals. The focus is on flexible, sustainable habits that support long-term well-being and confidence.

Zumba keeps me moving, Americanos keep me going, and Christmas time keeps me smiling. As a mom, I try to bring that same energy and joy into everyday moments with my family. It’s a good mix of caffeine, cardio, and holiday magic!

My diagnosis with type 1 diabetes during early childhood exposed me firsthand to how nutrition impacts physical and mental well-being. I learned that all foods can fit into a balanced plate, even with a chronic condition. I am passionate about supporting others in developing a confident, comfortable relationship with food.
