Brianna received her Master of Science in Nursing, is Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified and has a Certification in Perinatal Mental Health. Brianna's passion lies in supporting women, especially during times like pregnancy and breastfeeding, when mental health is so often overlooked. You deserve to feel empowered and heard, without shame or guilt. Brianna believes that when a mother is well, her baby and family benefit too, and she's here to support you in finding that balance and peace.
Dr. Sarah Krotulski is the physical therapist that all moms need! Mother Recover helps moms have a pain-free pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover postpartum. Sarah is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Athletic Trainer, and has a Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association. She has been a PT for over 10 years and is passionate about helping moms navigate pregnancy and postpartum challenges to feel strong and confident in their bodies to enjoy motherhood!
Sarahann has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, received her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy, and is a Certified Menopause Wellness Coach. She is board certified in orthopedics and became a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. Sarahann has had the realization that everyone’s health journey is their own so during the pandemic she created Just Breathe as an avenue to collaborate and coach people in the wellness arena without the overlords of insurance telling her what do based on an algorithm.
Leah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and also has her Perinatal Mental Health Certification. As a woman and mother herself, Leah understands the challenges that arise when you’re trying to support everyone around you while also trying to lead your own life. She remembers bringing her children home and feeling completely overwhelmed from day one. This life transition was the hardest one she ever went through! That's why she is passionate about helping her clients find themselves again and enjoy motherhood.
Avery Wasmanski is a licensed, trauma-informed therapist who works with women and moms who feel like they are chronically overwhelmed and feel like they aren't good enough in their parenting or relationships. Many of the women Avery supports experience some combination of symptoms of anxiety, trauma (including complex PTSD), and ADHD. Avery incorporates mindfulness and other holistic and somatic techniques in her therapy, while always focusing on the relationship between client and therapist as the primary tool for healing and change.

Having experienced the universal struggle of balancing running with the rest of life while still chasing ambitious goals, she believes in approaching running through flexibility, strategic prioritization, honest communication between coach and athlete, and accountability. Her athlete relationships and training plans celebrate consistency, progress, and positive self-talk over perfection. Hannah strongly believes in collaboration amongst all other disciplines that can support you as a runner! The name "Overlap Running" references the way that we can work to approach running holistically by working with Sports Dietitians, Physical Therapists, a trusted network of doctors, etc. to find success where they all overlap.
