I’m overwhelmed by all the food rules. Can you help me figure out what is actually important?
Yes, this is very common, and you don’t need to follow every food rule to support fertility. We help you focus on a few evidence-based priorities that truly matter for your body, so nutrition feels supportive and doable - not stressful or restrictive.

Will nutrition counseling help with nausea, bloating, and food aversions during pregnancy?
Yes, nutrition counseling can be very helpful. We focus on practical, evidence-based strategies to ease symptoms, maintain nourishment even when appetite is low, and adapt food choices as your body changes, so eating feels more manageable during pregnancy.

Can I still enjoy treats while TTC?
Absolutely! Enjoying treats in a balanced, consistent way does not harm fertility, and restriction can actually increase stress, which impacts hormones. We focus on nourishing your body most of the time while still making room for foods you enjoy, because a sustainable approach supports both fertility and overall well-being.

How do I know what supplements are safe and evidence-based?
Not all supplements are created equal, and more isn’t always better. We focus on food first, use supplements backed by research and third-party testing, and personalize recommendations based on your labs, health history, and fertility goals—rather than one-size-fits-all “fertility blends.
