Shelby O’Neill

Hi, I’m Shelby. I’m a sports and women’s health dietitian who helps my clients fuel their bodies with confidence, clarity, and consistency. I guide clients in building sustainable nutrition habits through evidence-based nutrition that supports performance, hormonal health, and overall well-being. In our sessions, I show up with compassion and a collaborative approach, so you always feel supported, heard, and empowered.

Endometriosis, Fertility & Sports Nutrition Dietitian in Pennsylvania

I genuinely love to use my knowledge and passion for nutrition to help others.

Our sessions are designed to feel collaborative and supportive, giving clients a space where they feel genuinely heard and understood. The nutrition guidance provided during our work together is grounded in solid, evidence-based practice but shared in a way that feels realistic and personalized to each client’s life. Our goal is for you to leave feeling knowledgeable and empowered about fueling yourself!

Outside of seeing clients and teaching, Shelby enjoys simple pleasures—slow mornings with good coffee, staying active with hiking and Pilates, and testing new recipes that may or may not be made the same way twice. She’s a lover of learning and a fan of cozy routines. Her work is grounded in the same values she brings to life: warmth, curiosity, and a genuine love of people.
