Instead of rigid rules, we focus on adding nourishing, whole-food habits that help your body feel its best. Together, we explore what works for your lifestyle and preferences to help you build sustainable routines. The goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and connected to your body — without stress or guilt around eating. Ultimately, nutrition is meant to be empowering, enjoyable, and aligned with your real life.
Outside of being a clinician, I’m a mom, a coffee lover, and someone who loves being outside. I love cooking for others and spending time with friends and family.
I studied nutrition in college because I was fascinated by how food connects people and supports athletes. Later, while navigating PCOS and IVF, I realized how little nutrition support existed for women — and that experience inspired me to create a practice centered on women’s health, compassion, and evidence-based care.
