Hi, I’m Maria. I am a dietitian who helps individuals fuel their bodies confidently through every season of life. My approach combines evidence-based practices with an understanding of the realities of day-to-day life to support overall well-being. I’m passionate about creating sustainable, realistic nutrition strategies that empower people to feel strong, energized, and capable.
My role is to guide you and work alongside you toward sustainable habits that foster confidence, health, and long-term success. Food should be both nourishing for the body and enjoyable for the soul.
Born and raised in Michigan, Maria now considers herself a Pennsylvanian. She loves spending time with family and friends, and when she isn’t planning her next travel adventure, she can be found teaching nutrition classes at Penn State, cooking, reading, or playing board games with her husband and daughter.
