We are set to race our first triathlon in August. Training has given our workouts a purpose which is a huge win. What is not so fun.. the heat!! We have been experimenting with all the hydration products because as you can see, Matt and I SWEAT! Hydration is so important in the summer months. Without a hydration plan, you will likely not meet your potential. If you have questions about hydration and/or nutrition for sport. We are here for you. Shelby and I are both board-certified in sports nutrition. We help our athletes and active adults make their nutrition work for them. Our athletes recover faster, feel better and are less likely to get injured.
